How We Hire…

Each applicant is reviewed from one of our skilled recruiters daily whether it be from our website or Indiana Career Connect. The recruiters will match the backgrounds of each applicant to an open position that is best suited for them. These open positions can be direct hire, contract to hire or temporary depending on the client needs.

We take the time to review each application with the utmost sense of care to ensure our applicants are placed in the best opportunity for them. We also take the time to get to know our customers and the job requirements they have given us the priveldge of filling for them. We strive to provide a quality service for each client or applicant.

Direct Hire

The applicant will work with Empower Staffing through the interview and hiring process. When selected for a position that is classified as direct-hire, the applicant will be full time and paid through the client.

Contract-to-Hire

The applicant will work with Empower Staffing to complete the interview and hiring process. When selected for the position they will be an employee of Empower Staffing with the opportunity to become full-time with the client if they meet all hiring requirements.

Temporary

The applicant will remainĀ an employee of Empower Staffing and work for the client on a short-term basis to complete any work that is needed.
